A seated chair yoga class, arms raised together
Rehabilitation Ch'oga

No mat. No flexibility required. Just you, a chair, and your breath.

Seated movement, mindful breathing, and dreamlike meditation — built for every body, at every stage of life.

New to this?

You probably have a few questions. Good — here are the honest answers.

These are the same questions almost everyone asks before their first class.

Do I need special equipment?
Just a regular chair — the kind already in your kitchen or living room. No mat, no props, nothing to buy.
Is this only for older or disabled people?
No — it's for anyone recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, or simply looking for movement that doesn't demand a "yoga body." All ages, all abilities.
What if I have zero flexibility?
Perfect — that's exactly who this is built for. We breathe and stretch at whatever range your body has today, no judgment, no pretzel poses.
Who's teaching, and are they qualified?
Victoria has practiced yoga for nearly 30 years and holds certifications across health, breathwork, meditation, and nutrition. This isn't a hobby — it's her life's work.

Founder & Teacher

Hi, I'm Victoria.

In 2010, I founded the original YogaMobileStudio to bring yoga to people who couldn't access traditional studios. Over the years I became certified in several modalities of health, meditation, breathing, and nutrition — but "chair" yoga stole my heart because of its accessibility.

So I took it one step further and created Rehabilitation Ch'oga (chair-yoga): seated movement without a chair as a prop, mindful breathing, and dreamlike meditation — for anyone recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or just dealing with life.

What to Expect

Here's exactly what a class feels like

No surprises, nothing to prepare beyond a chair and a few open minutes.

01

Take a seat

Literally — settle into your chair, feet grounded, no mat required.

02

Breathe together

We open with mindful breathing to settle the nervous system before we move.

03

Gentle, guided movement

Seated stretches and supportive movement, paced for your body — not a demonstration to keep up with.

04

Rest and reflect

We close with a dreamlike meditation, so you leave calmer than you arrived.

✨ As always, check with your doctor before beginning any new movement practice.
